When we developed our own Volvo add-on lip we placed the fitting and surface finish at the center of our design ethos. The front lip for the Volvo 854 and 855R is made of ABS plastic, which is a shock-resistant material that is highly suited to front lips that are exposed to stone chips and minor bumps. We recommend always test mount for clearence before attaching with screws and painting.
