    Our guarantee is important for our customers. However, we always try to stay one step ahead to avoid problems, through product testing and quality updates. We absorb information from suppliers, manufacturers and of course our customers and update our range daily and add new information on our product pages.

    As we are experts in parts for Volvo, our product descriptions are well elaborated through several years of experience. Now we are spending more and more time uploading different types of instructional videos. They are available partly in the web shop and partly on our Youtube channel.

    VPARTS WARRANTY

    We provide a minimum of 1-2 years warranty on the entire range and up to five years on selected brands and product groups. You will find information about warranty and terms and product page. There are some exceptions such as consumables, solvents and the like. But we solve most things by valuing you as a customer highly. The warranty covers the defects and deficiencies that have arisen during manufacturing, material defects and design defects. Does not apply to wear, external influences, incorrect installation or use of the product for which it is not intended.

    VSELECTION, LIGHTSOME AND SWEDISH DESIGN

    Products from some of our brands have an extra long warranty period. V-Selection is a product series with selected spare parts of high quality. The Lightsome brand contains products and accessories in LEDs, diodes and xenon for Volvo cars. Swedish Design includes all our unique products in accessories and styling. The products within these three brands have in most cases a five-year warranty.

    THE CONSUMER PURCHASE ACT

    In general, the Consumer Purchase Act applies to you as a customer and your rights. Regardless, this and our guarantees apply from the date you picked up the product from your postal agent. The guarantee is personal and can not be transferred. Feel free to save a confirmation email so that together we can quickly solve any problems that may arise.

    Note: Car parts are often worn and consumables. Manufacturing defects usually occur and are discovered directly in connection with or before assembly. So be sure to contact us immediately if you discover any defects, and not when the product has been worn for a long time.

    You are welcome to look around our site, but note that purchases are not possible from countries outside the list right now.

    Vpart's goal is to deliver high quality parts to Volvo cars and owners worldwide. Before we add more countries to the Vparts map, we must ensure that customs handling, shipping, payments, product quality, local rules for car accessories and all parts work perfectly. This means that it may take some time before we enter new markets.

    Note: Due to changes in shipments and handling of deliveries to the UK, as a result of Brexit, we have temporarily stopped sales to the UK. We hope to resolve this soon.
