At Vparts, you have a warranty on virtually all products sold in the web shop. We always try to avoid problems arising through product tests and updates of our product descriptions.
The stated warranty period applies from the day the product is delivered. We use Postnord as our shipping partner, and our ambition is to always offer the fastest deliveries in the auto parts industry, with the goal of always having all of our parts in stock. The delivery time to Finland is 2-6 business days. If you place your order before 15:30 and the items are in stock, we always promise to load them onto Postnord's truck directly the same business day!
You will receive an email with your tracking number when we have packed your order. Packages that remain uncollected at the local delivery point or cannot be delivered for more than 7 days are automatically sent back to us. All shipments are insured when they leave Vparts.
