Regardless of whether you buy our black Side scuffs or the matt chrome (silver), the mounting is the same.
1. THE LOCKING MUST BE TURNED INWARDS
Make sure that the plastic rail ends up with the "locking" inwards. The side the picture shows must therefore be towards the body.
2. TAPE THE RAILS AGAINST THE BODY
The distance from the rear wheelhouse to the beginning of the plastic rail should be 26.5cm. With the help of the hooks on the plastic rails, you get the right height, the hooks should be close to the threshold.
3. WHEN THE LIST IS IN THE RIGHT PLACE, IT IS TIME TO DRILL
At the outwardly bulging plops on the plastic rail, drill with a 5mm drill straight in through the strip and the sill. Then mount the supplied rivets in the holes.
4. WHEN THE LIST IS MOUNTED, PUT THE SIDE SCUFF ON
When the rail / strip is in place, start at the rear edge and push down the side scuff bit by bit. Make sure that the "locks" in the rail end up right against the holes on the inside of the side scuff
