Digital Lightning 1200 Relay kit with additional cables for 3 auxiliary lights or bars. For up to 4 auxiliary lights with 2DT connection. This relay kit is adapted for cars with CAN-controlled headlights and supports automatic full beam functions, as these are activated in the car. Works on all Volvo models after 2017 with CAN steering, with or without cornering lights or LED headlights. This kit comes with a control module. Software is unique for each model and is easily loaded onto the module with the USB stick provided.

The Digital Lightning 1200 system is delivered in active mode. To deactivate you can connect a switch to the module which is available in the list to the right. The system also works on cars without a CAN system, but requires an analogue cable for activation which is not included.

This relay kit is easy to install. The only difference being the 2 signal cables are connected to the car high/low CAN signals. As a suggestion you can use the connector for one of the headlights in the wheel housing.

After the kit is installed, the module can be loaded with the correct software (as the module must be powered to receive the software.)

Select the correct Volvo model from the displayed list and load the correct software from the supplied USB memory stick.

Insert the USB stick into the module. A green light will activate and will flash when the module has been updated successfully with the software.
