Slotted sport brake discs for all 4 wheels. The slotted sport brake discs are adapted for those looking for great performance in tougher everyday driving. This package only contains slotted front brake discs and rear. This brake package fits the Volvo XC90 with 328 mm front discs. The brake discs at the rear of the XC90 are the same regardless of the year model and engine type.

Check the diameter of your car’s front brake discs. This package has front discs with a diameter of 328 mm and rear ones with a diameter of 308 mm. The rear brake discs are the same for all XC90s between 2003 and 2013.

Be sure to clean the hub from rust and dirt before installing the new discs. A small grit may cause the disc to not lie completely flat against the hub and cause the brakes to vibrate when braking.

Brake in new brake discs:

To maximise the life span of your brake discs, drive with gentle braking for the first 50 miles. It’s also reccomended that you avoid holding your foot on the brake pedal after hard brakeing or at longer stops, a stoplight, for example. Wait to wash your Volvo until the motor and brakes cool down, otherwise avoid getting water on the discs during the wash.
With these easy tips, you keep your brake discs effective for an extended period of time.
