Payment


We aim to make your purchase as smooth as possible. We offer the most popular payment methods: card payment, invoice, partial payment and direct payment bank via Klarna or Paypal - choose the one that suits you best. You can find more information about each payment method below;

Invoice via Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer payment against invoice with a 14-day due date, both for private individuals and companies. At the checkout, we use Klarna's secure payment for a quick credit report when you fill in your social security number. As soon as you are approved by Klarna, the purchase can be made via invoice. The invoice is sent separately directly from Klarna via email.

Part Payment via Klarna

In collaboration with Klarna we also offer partial payment. Minimum order value for partial payment is 1000 SEK. A credit report is made by entering your social security number. An invoice is sent to you separately from Klarna. At least you can pay 1/24 of the total amount as long as it does not fall below SEK 50.

Note: You can choose to pay the entire invoice at any time. Klarna charges an interest rate of 1.625% per month and a newspaper fee of SEK 29 per month.

Klarna Payment

Card Payment via Klarna

Through Klarna, all customers can make purchases via card payment. VISA and Mastercard are accepted and all exchange of data is transferred encrypted, which means that the information becomes transparent and impossible for outsiders to read.

Note: On some occasions, only card payments are offered in Klarna's payment window. This may be because the validation does not approve a purchase via invoice or partial payment.

Vparts has chosen Klarna as a payment partner for our customers' security. Mobile BankID may be required for certain purchases, all to ensure that fraud does not occur. The 3D-Secure technology via card purchase is used and is developed by VISA and Mastercard and aims to identify the cardholder when buying online. Through the encryption technology, you as a customer can be sure that your card is not used by unauthorised persons. Vparts reserves the total amount of the order and withdraws money on delivery.

Card Payment via DIBS (applies to countries outside the Nordic region and Denmark)

We cooperate with DIBS for our foreign customers, in order to be able to guarantee completely secure card payments in our webshop. The card number is filled in as well as the validity period and the security code found on the back of the card. All information exchanges are transferred encrypted, which means that the information becomes transparent and impossible for outsiders to read.

DIBS Payment

Direct payment via PayPal (Applies to Europe, except the Nordic countries)

Customers can easily and securely make their purchases and pay via existing PayPal account or by creating a new account.

Important! Be sure to fill in the correct phone number and email address when making your purchase at checkout. This affects SMS notification, order confirmation and the possibility for us and our logistics / payment partners to contact you as a customer.

Shipping & Delivery


With a well-developed logistics network, we use PostNord as the best alternative for fast and safe deliveries.

Delivery time:

We strive to always offer really fast deliveries (so that you get the parts to the world's best car as soon as possible). The goal is to always have all parts in stock. All orders placed before 15.30CET for parts that are in stock we send the same day, always!

The delivery time for your postal agent is then about 2-4 working days for standard packages but some countries and locations can take longer.

Postnord Parcel - Business

  • Shipping method for companies in Sweden, the Nordic countries and the EU
  • Sent directly to your specified business address.
  • Delivery time within Sweden about 1-2 working days
  • Other Nordic countries 2-6 working days. (ex North Norway takes longer)
  • EU countries 4-7 working days

Delivery costs

We have decided to keep relatively low shipping costs, especially on heavy car parts and orders containing several items. Shipping costs from 69: - and up depending on the weight and size of the packages.

Delivery reliability

We send orders to the specified address. You can also choose an alternative delivery address. When we pack your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. All shipments are with the post office for 14 days before being sent back to us.

If an SMS is not sent from your local post office, you can redeem the package with the package number and ID. TIP: Download Postnord App so you can easily view and manage shipments.

All items are insured when they leave Vparts.

Delivery Damage

Never pick up goods where the packaging looks damaged. Alert the your postal agent and contact customer service so that we can send a new order while Posten makes a complaint on our behalf, you should never be affected by damaged goods.

Transport damages that are not visible on the package must be notified to us within 1-3 days of delivery.

Unclaimed Orders

Packages are for 14 days with the postal officer before being sent back to us. Should you not pick up the package within this time, it will automatically be sent back.

For uncollected orders that are returned to Vparts without information or notice, you are invoiced as a customer for shipping costs, handling and administration.

Fee for unpacked packages

Packages that are not collected from agents are charged a fee.

Right of return exchange


Do you need to complain or return a product for any reason? Read about our guarantees here!

At Vparts you have 120 days from the date you picked up your package to make a return! In case of a complaint, regret of purchase or exchange, there are some things to consider:

  1. Always contact customer service before sending back a product, this in order for us to be able to handle the return with a pre-registration with us.
  2. The product should not have been used or damaged in the event of undone purchase or replacement. You can open the packaging and check the product if the packaging is resealable.
  3. Always pack the product in an extra outer carton when returning - do not tape directly on the original packaging
  4. Electronic, painted and assembled products are not approved for return, see info under value reduction
  5. If you change your mind or have ordered the wrong part, you are the customer yourself for the return shipping

Depreciation

If a returned item has been used or handled to a greater extent than has been necessary to determine its properties and function, the company (Vparts AB) is entitled to a deduction for the depreciation on the goods. The deduction can amount to the full price of the goods. Vparts obviously applies and follows current legislation regarding this management.

The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Always contact customer service before returning. Pack and return the product, with a copy of your receipt or invoice, to our return address:

If you have paid via Klarna, they will contact you for a refund. For card payments, we will refund the money on the card you paid with, the same applies with PayPal.

Vparts handles all returns on the day we received your order back to our warehouse. Then payment is made via the banks' respective routines.

Refunds usually take 3-6 business days until the transaction is completed, sometimes faster.

When returning the entire order, the freight is also refunded, however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
