You don't need to be a car enthusiast or have advanced tools to install our add-on lips. It comes with everything you need for a smooth installation.

3-piece add-on lip for Volvo V60 and S60, 2010-2013, R-Design, pre-facelift models. Provides your Volvo with a more aggressive appearance, while maintaining the clean lines typical of Volvo. Made from ABS plastic with easy installation using the original screws on the air guidance under the bumper.

Start by cleaning the inside of the lips (use IPA - Isopropyl Alcohol). Isopropyl Alcohol removes waxes and oils, ensuring better adhesion of the tape.

Attach the provided double-sided adhesive tape.

Clean the area on the car where the tape will be applied.

Remove the protective backing from the tape.

Place the first part in position, starting by aligning the lip with the wheel arch, and apply pressure while securing the lip in place. A tip is to hold the lip slightly above the surface so that the tape doesn't stick while adjusting. Repeat on the other side.

Attach the metal plates. The metal plates should be positioned in the markings underneath the lip (SEE IMAGE).

Use a 5mm drill to create a hole, then insert the metal plate on the inside and screw it into place.

Screw in the provided self-drilling screw on the car's side. Repeat on the other side.

Screw in screws into the front holes on the lips. Hold the lip in place to ensure it's positioned correctly.

Time for the middle part! We recommend using adhesive to enhance its durability. We use black adhesive from Wurth.

Position the middle part in place, get assistance from a friend to hold the piece while you screw it into position.

Drill (5mm) on the sides of the middle part to insert pop rivets. Repeat on the other side.

Wipe away excess adhesive. IPA works well for this.
