Shipping & Delivery

We send our deliveries with DHL and Postnord from our warehouse in Sweden where we pride ourselves in fast delivery. Goods are packed and dispatched the same day you order, for the fastest possible delivery times.

Delivery Time

We strive to offer really fast deliveries so you get your parts as soon as possible. To do this we aim is to have all parts for Volvo listed on the website available in stock and ready to dispatch.

Where we have items in stock, all orders placed before 15.30 CET are dispatched the same day - always!


 

Shipping Methods

For orders outside Scandinavia we partner with DHL and Postnord. Standard deliveries will be sent to your local collection point and you will be notified by SMS or email when it is ready for collection. Some large or bulky items require home delivery. Regular orders to EU countries take 3-5 weekdays and larger items 4-7 weekdays.

Delivery Charge

We try to always be the best in the industry on deliveries and support and in addition we want to be able to offer good prices on our products, so we have to charge a certain shipping cost but we aim to keep it as low as possible while offering the best service.

Please note: We always have a maximum cost for our deliveries. This means that if you buy several car parts or heavy and bulky products, we have a relatively low shipping cost. See examples of shipping prices below.

Damaged Deliveries

Never pick-up goods where the packaging looks damaged. Instead leave the package with your postal agent and contact our customer service so that we can send a new order immediately! In the meantime, we will handle the complaint with Postnord or DHL, on our behalf. You should never be affected by damaged goods.

Transport damage that is not visible on the package must be reported to us within 1-3 days after collection or delivery.

Security

We send orders to your specified address. You can also select an alternative delivery address in some countries. When we have packed your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. As standard, orders can be only collected from your local delivery point using suitable identification for your security. All shipments are insured when they leave Vparts.

Uncollected Orders

Packages that remain uncollected at the local delivery point or unable to be delivered for more than 14 days are automatically sent back to us. For uncollected orders that are returned to Vparts without information or notice, you are invoiced as a customer for shipping costs, handling and administration.

Fee for packages uncollected packages will be charged: 25 Euro

Be sure to fill in the correct phone number and email address when you make your purchase at the checkout otherwise you will miss the opportunity for us and our logistics and payment partners to contact you as a customer with updates about your order including tracking information.
