Complete crankcase ventilation kit for Volvo S60, S80, V70N. Oil separator / crankcase ventilation collects deposits; this should be replaced at regular intervals if you want to ensure proper crankcase ventilation function.
This kit fits cars with engine numbers after 3138170-. You can find the engine number on a white label on the timing belt cover (Serial number).
Does not fit vehicles with Bi-fuel.

Properly servicing the crankcase ventilation system usually entails replacing all components, which can become quite expensive due to labor costs and the necessity of removing the exhaust manifold. It's commonly advised to replace the crankcase ventilation components at least every 16,000 miles or so, depending on the oil quality, service intervals followed, and driving conditions the vehicle has been exposed to. Over time, all plastic components become quite brittle, and hoses can become clogged with old oil residues and dirt. Clogged hoses lead to increased pressure, which over time can cause oil leakage. If the issue is not addressed, it's only a matter of time before the crankcase ventilation system fails, which in extreme cases can lead to engine failure.

This engine cleaner is a highly effective cleaning agent for the engine and engine compartment. The spray dissolves all kinds of ingrained grime, such as winter salt, oily dirt and other muck. Contains corrosion and rust prevention agents for the outside of the engine for added protection.
Remember to never wash or use cleaning agents on a hot engine.
1. Protect the water spray ignition system.
2. Spray on engine clean and leave it to stand for 5-10 minutes.
3. Rinse with a high pressure washer or water hose.
4. Heavier deposits may need to be brushed loose.
If your engine does not startup after cleaning, we recommend using 5-56 lubricant to expel moisture from the ignition system.
