If you want to cancel a purchase or change your placed order, return incorrectly ordered goods or cancel a purchase, we will solve it quickly and easily. Follow the instructions below and enter your details via our return form and we will help you!

BEFORE SENDING A RETURN

If you want to cancel or change your order, return incorrectly ordered goods or cancel a purchase, please complete our return form below.

At Vparts, you have 120 days, from the date you picked up your package to make a return or exchange. There are however some things you need to keep in mind:

  • When returning or canceling a purchase, fill in the form below. Always contact customer service before returning.
  • The product must not have been used or damaged if you would like to canceled the order or exchange. You can open the package and check the product if the package is resealable.
  • To return an item, always pack the product in an extra outer carton - do not tape directly on the original packaging. Feel free to re-use our Vparts box to return parts to us.
  • Electronic, painted and assembled products are not approved for return, see info under depreciation.
  • If you regret a purchase or accidentally ordered the wrong part, you as a customer are responsible for return shipping.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Before making a return, please complete the form below with details about your order and the reason for the return and we will reply with further instructions.

Surely you have contacted our customer service before you pack and return the product? It is important to ensure that the product is well protected in the packaging. Always add extra protective material, especially for glass and other fragile materials. Send with a copy of your receipt or invoice and mail the package to our return address:

If you have paid via Klarna, they will contact you for a refund. When paying by card, we refund the money on the card you paid with, the same applies with PayPal

Refunds are made on an ongoing basis and immediately we receive the return to us . It usually takes 3-6 business days for the transaction to be completed, sometimes faster, depending on the banks' respective routines.

When returning the entire order, the shipping is also refunded, however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Return shipping, is faster, traceable and also cheaper for you as a customer if it is handled via Vpart's Logistics Agreement.

DEPRECIATION

If a returned item has been used or handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties and function, Vparts AB is entitled to a deduction for the depreciation of the item. The deduction can amount to the full price of the item. Of course, Vparts applies and follows current consumer legislation regarding this handling.

Please Note: In order to receive a 100% refund, you as a customer have a responsibility to pack the return carefully. Do not tape on the product's original packaging, wrap the product properly and add extra protective material. Feel free to use the Vparts box that came with the delivery.
