Tinting vinyl, protective film/tinting film. A film designed to tint and protect headlights from stone chips and wear, as well as for tail lights, turn signals, and fog lights. Delivered in rolls of 300x50cm, sufficient to tint a car. High-quality vinyl from Luxe LightWrap, featuring built-in air channels in the adhesive for easy installation. This film is lightly smoked with a 40% VLT (Visible Light Transmission). One roll is enough for both headlights, tail lights and indicators/fog lights.

Installation:

The vinyl is designed for dry application. Which means that the vinyl is directly applied to the surface to be covered. Since this vinyl is transparent and has air channels in the adhesive, the vinyl may appear slightly "hazy" and not 100% optically clear. However, this does not significantly affect the functionality.

Also, remember that this type of tinting is not approved by the Swedish Bilprovning.

Make sure that the surface is well cleaned and free from dirt, dust, and grease. Use an alcohol-based cleaning agent like IPA to ensure that the surface is clean.
Use masking tape around adjacent areas that shouldn't be covered to facilitate the installation.
Apply the vinyl to the surface.
Heat the vinyl with a heat gun to make it conform around edges.
Trim away excess vinyl with a knife blade.
Apply heat to the surface that has been wrapped with a heat gun, to achieve a durable protection and ensure proper adhesion of the vinyl.
